Currently in Qatar and seeking job change, I hereby enlist my qualifications, experiences and achievements in the field of Quality Management:

                              

A graduate in Civil Engineering with Masters in Structural Engineering, has 27 years of professional experience in total that includes 20 years Gulf experience (12 years as Manager), in the field of Quality Management System - QA/QC   and 7 years of experience in India - partially in Quality Control works and primarily in Structural Designs.

Worked with notable MNCs (ACC, AL JABER QATAR, LAING O ROURKE, LEIGHTON, BUREAU VERITAS…) in Managerialand other capacities in the field of QA/QC on FAST TRACK, HIGH VALUE, LARGE VOLUME DESIGN & BUILD PROJECTS, including PDO / QP projects (Oil and Gas Industry) which are strictly time bound and of high level specifications/ quality involving multiple trades –  Earth Works, RC Works, Architectural Works, Structural Steel Works, Asphalt Road Works, Signalization of Roads, MEP Works involving services such as networks for chilled water; fire, irrigation and domestic water; storm & foul water networks; electrical and telecom networks, fire-fighting measures, access control systems, BMS/ SCADA system etc.                                        

                                                                                              

Managed two or more mega projects simultaneously and possess hands on experience in using international standards as well as in preparation / verification of project quality plans, method statements, checklists, material / sample transmittals, O&M Manuals, Handover Documents etc; Manage a team of engineers / inspectors, carry out quality inductions, promote quality awareness and advise preventive actions through quality alerts, lend support to various departments- Engineering, Procurement, Operations etc; in addressing quality issues.

Hold QMS Lead Auditor's (ISO 9001: 2008 Quality Systems) certificate and led both internal and external quality audits. Has been the audit-tee for the audits carried out by client or their representatives- BSI, DNV, LLOYDS, BVQI etc;

 

Chair / attend QA Meetings within the Department and with the Client, Sub-contractors and potential suppliers and prepare / review / address the Minutes of QA Meetings (MoM) related to Audits, Inspections, Non-conformances etc;
