Cancelled for 4 months
Hi! need help!! Can anyone help me.
I have a friend she was cancelled august 2016 and now she has a new sponsor but sadly her cancellation cannot be open so that she can be transfered to her new sponsor. and for the over stay how much she will pay? can I ask for any advice and help regarding this one or what should be the possible way to do? and if not, she is planning to exit the country then come back? is it possible? or she will be banned? PLEASE HELP. .....
But she still can come back here in Qatar if she will have a new working visa if she will exit the country? yes. she will pay the penalty. and one more thing will she have any problem in the airport during her exiting of the country even though she paid the penalty?
Sadly to say, she just missed her chance to get almost ALL of her overstay fees waived and only pay a small amount so that she may travel. I do not think that Qatar will do the waivers again, as the cancellation of the Kafala system begins on the 14th (so most people should not face as many hassles with employers as before). So it may be that she pays or she goes to jail (or she continues to accrue overstay fees and hopes that Qatar does another round of forgiveness). Otherwise she may have to go the to grievances committee and hope they at least allow her to transfer sponsors.
