Job Offer at Hamad International Airport

Hello everyone!

I have received a job offer from Hamad International Airport as a Senior Customer Service Assistant. But I am unsure of the benefits that the company will provide since I haven't got a reply from them. If you would be so kind, can you give me some insights since I am on a dilemma if I get the offer or not.

Salary is 3,436 QAR

Accommodation is Free or Allowance of 2,000 QAR

Transportation Allowance 450 QAR

my question is, will the company still provide free shuttle services like what they give on their Cabin Crews? Or the allowance of 450 is solely to cover my own transportation to or from the airport? How much would that cost me if I commute?

about the company accommodation, in this salary grade, what type of sharing do I get? How many persons in one room? 

I feel that the salary is quite low, although I would never earn this amount of money here in my country, I still think it's on the low side considering qatar living is very expensive and I want to send a huge chunk of my salary back home. Is it okay if I negotiate my salary and raise it to 5,000 or at least 4,800? I have more than 4 years of airline frontline experience as a supervisor.
