• Determines project specifications by studying project design, customer requirements, and performance with project standards. • Calculating time requirements and Manpower requirement and sequencing project elements. • Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress and complete activities as per project schedule • Coordinating activities with other trades and Subcontractors/ Specialist works. • Controls project costs by approving expenditures and utilize manpower to achieve productivity • Periodically monitor the storage of materials at site as per the specifications. • Ensure that all activities carried out to compliance with Quality requirements of the contract. • Prepares daily project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information; • Maintains safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations. • Maintains project database by writing computer programs; entering and backing up data.
