Experienced in the following accounting/finance activities:
-Assisted accounting staff in managing accounts receivable/payable and end-of-month reconciliation
-Processing timesheets and monthly payroll, ensuring timely payment of salaries and entitlements
-Remitted cheques and cash to the bank
-Made purchases, preparing invoices and keeping track of overdue accounts
-Reconciling cash receipts and bank statements
-Proper communication with procurement department, sales department and operations department
-Proper Invoicing method
-Payroll related calculation and settlement
-Good communication to support financial management
