         I am a Mechanical Engineer(MEP) having 5+ years of experience in HVAC as a Production  engineer.

I am presently located in Qatar with a NOC which.

 

Job responsibilities:

Ø Engaged in production planning and executing production process to meet target set by management as per customer’s need, contributing in troubleshooting and maintenance of machinery.

Ø Providing Techno Commercial supports related to HVAC duct manufacturing to Project Engineers and colleagues.

Ø Organising the efforts of 150 membered factory team towards target achievement with job satisfaction.

Ø Working as per established ISO standards related to QHSE; saving material, labor cost and other expenses during project execution with desired quality; Engaged in Delivery planning to meet the project deadlines.

Ø Reporting work progress to Production Manager.

Ø Overseeing manufacturing operation, keeping control over activities & analysing processes for stabilization thereby ensuring smooth delivery Improving vendor process by regular visits & audits.

Ø Identifying capacity constraints & formulating plans for outsourcing activities to fulfil the requirements.

Ø Initiating process engineering projects for better quality & delivery during manufacturing.
