My Job responsibilties includes
1). Preparing Invoices of the company and maintain updates.
2).Handle accounts and statutory requirements of business.
3). Manage reconciliation of daily cash transactions and maintain cash book.
4). Prepare payrolls for employees, workers and disburse the same through right mode.
5).Check vouchers and cash book entries on regular intervals.
6). Preparation of Monthly Bank Reconciliation Statement
7). Handling Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Employees Payroll.
6 ) Report to the management regarding the accounting duties assigned to the establishment.
7) Preparation of Trial Balance and Profit and Loss A/c, Balance Sheet Etc.
8) Record all Purchase and Sales transactions; Give monthly report of sales & Purchases.
9) Responsible for maintaining the Stock and the re-order level.
10 ) Preparation of monthly Stock Reconciliation System.
