Description

§  Planning and scheduling of all preventive, corrective & shut down maintenance as needed for the purpose of ensuring the ongoing function of HVAC, MEP, firefighting systems.

§  Assign and coordinate with the workforce to comply the ISO standards (9001,14001,45001).

§  Perform the internal Audit and preparation of all related documents for external audit.

§  Conduct management meetings to analyze the non-conformities for the current system.

§  Conduct monthly meetings with the engineer and supervisors for the pending works and plans for summer and rain season preparation.

§  Conduct meeting and evaluate the QHSE related works and documentation. Set an objective and targets.

§  Control measure to achieve the targets.

§  Prepare and evaluation of FMEA.

§  Control activities for waste disposal and security departments. And coordination with the contractors for water testing, critical area validation, IAQ (indoor air quality) test. etc.

§  Review and evaluate supplier and vendor documents for materials.

§  Performs procurement activities (PR, PO EVALUATION).

§  Coordinate with the procurement team for proper material delivery.

§  Asset evaluation of all systems.

§  Plan and coordinate all renovation works (construction, telecommunications, heat, electricity etc.)

§  Review utilities consumption and strive to minimize costs.

§  Conduct interviews for engineers and supervisors.

§  Prepare and approval of shift schedule and annual leave schedule.

§  Reporting to Operational manager.

§  Allocate office space according to needs
