* You should be able to effectively communicate with customers at a business level with an understanding of the impact and the importance of MDS.
* Escalation point for any service or general customer issues
* Maintain target account list
* Transition of identified and qualified existing accounts to MDS Contracts.
* Input into making sure the MDS team works as one team and that the right skilled individuals are utilized at the appropriate time to ensure Service excellence is maintained
* You should have the ability to work with teams or self-directed environments. Accustomed to successfully handling multitasks with an excellent track record of building new business, strong relationships with clients, developing partnerships and increasing company revenue through innovative and creative strategies.
* Systems Implementation and Configuration. Technical and Pre-Sales role. Project Implementation and maintenance.
* Lastly , we D&C would expect with your support and experience: Business development, customer relations, estimating, forecasting, team management, negotiation, presentation skills, product management, relationship management etc..
