Hello guys

Quick questions:

1. When Aramex delivers to my house, they ask for 10QR for "Qatar Customs" ... is that the real case?

2. When TNT delivers to my house, they ask for 35 QR. -- 10QR for customs and 25 QR for "Bayan"(CustomDocuments")...What is this...Why am I supposed to pay for their agent....

3. When I get delivered through my QPost office, I just go and get it for free. NO 10QR, NO 25QR BAYAN.

KEEP IN MIND: All my items are 25qr or less in price so in Qatar, theres no customs.

What is going on here. I end up paying 40USD SHIPPING + EXTRA "CUSTOM"/"DOCUMENTS" COSTS....which I didn't even ask for!

What is this? I'm trying to clarify this and I have no idea how to interpet this.

Some help would be appreciated.
