As Quantity Surveyor with Gulf Falcon Trading and Contracting Co W.L.L, Doha, Qatar I believe I meet all the essential criteria for the position. A summary of my experience and key accomplishments includes the following:

·  Taking off Quantities, Perform Re measuring and checking with BOQ

·  Evaluate and prepare subcontractors payments certificate

·  Update the Subcontractors payments and Drawings (Hard copy and Soft copy)

·  Preparation of Material Schedules

·  Verifying subcontractor’s interim payment applications and prepare subcontractor’s payment certificate

·  Visit to the site for verifying Subcontractors work done

·  Preparation and submission of monthly interim valuation
