No cash received from ATM but amount debited from account
I am a CBQ account holder in Al khor. I used my CBQ debit card at Masraf Al Rayan ATM near Mc Donald- Al khor on Friday 24th June Morning.
The machine neither gave me cash nor produced any transaction slip. But I received SMS regarding QR 500 debited my account.
I complained via CBQ netbanking and via email to customer care. As well as I complined to Masraf Al Rayan website. Masraf Al Rayan replied and adviced to contact my Bank. The Customer representative adviced me to call on customer care number. I tried many times but No one picking up my phone. So after 2 days still nothing positive happened,
Today I messaged to CBQ facebook page.
Can anybody suggest me any other option to recover my money ? or any person here working in CBQ who can help me ? Waiting eagarly for reply in this regard ?
Today my account got credited QR500 by CBQ. Thanks to CBQ and all concerned people for their efforts.

Today CBQ representative called and told me that they have raised an issue and it will take aprox. 1 week for processing. I have to wait and watch. Thanks for their initiative and action. Hope for good.

It happened to me once and in Riyadh and I got my SR 4000 back. Suggest you go personally to CBQ and tell them about it. Their Villagio and Hayatt Plaza branches work in the evenings. Best of luck.
Take the ATM number .. Go to the head office .. Give them the ATM number and the time the transaction occurred.
Tell them to file a claim with Masraf Al Rayyan.. It should take about a week..
