This might be the summer you buy your dream car
There is a time for everything. Observing closely how nature works, a certain pattern is apparent for the life cycle of things, animate and inanimate. The same applies to any project or plan in the making.
There is a time for conception, then incubation, and finally the end product itself. Our plans are also always in the making. Big or small, the same pattern follows.
However, the bigger the plan is, the longer time might be entailed for it. And then there are seasons that push the fruitfulness of your plans. Help comes in the manner of the right timing, the right place, and knowledge from previous patterns.
Say, for example, you have been dreaming of buying a car you fancy for a long time. You then progressed to a plan and started saving for it. If the target time still appears far, there is a silver lining.
Summer is the season when many expatriates leave the country, temporarily or for good. Companies also tend to have layoffs in this season more often. Expats leaving Qatar are mainly concerned about selling their belongings in time before their moving away date arrives. That is why there is an influx of brand new, or in good condition furniture, appliances, and automobiles.
If you have visited classifieds sections in newspapers or online, you will see a plethora of advertisements on household goods and cars.
This is the time to strike! An avid search in the classifieds will reveal a great number of options. You can shortlist all the cars and compare their prices and specifications. The next part is where the real struggle kicks in, and it’s all worth the effort.
Call the advertiser and arrange a time and place to view and even have a test trial of the car. Hitting a jackpot at the first attempt is not usual, but you never know when you might get lucky. Arrange or transfer the paperwork as required, settle the monetary concerns and you’re all set.
Congratulations! You are the proud owner of your dream car. Make this dream a possibility this summer. You can start now by using Qatar Living’s vehicles classifieds.
One's a Classsic and the other is a modern Classic :O)
I wouldn't buy a classic car in Qatar. Government restrictions on importing old cars mean they are way too expensive.
A vintage car...and a Bugatti...interesting...
