7 Days free time after visa cancellation !
First , Is it true that there is 7 days free allowance that you can still stay in Qatar without penalty after your visa has been cancelled ? My point is if I have any bank settlement I can only do it once I received my final pay from my sponsor and that is after cancellation of my Visa.
Second, do i need to go to immigration office to cancel the visa of my family who are under my sponsorship or it will automatically cancel once my working visa is cancelled >

As far as i know, you cannot cancel your visa, unless you cancel all your family members visa and they exit the country. After they exit, then you can give your passport for cancellation. I also wonder now, how will be the procedure, since i dont have sticker in passport but only ID Card. So they will take ID card and give you cancellation paper, which you need to show in immigration.
You Should received your final settlement before the visa cancellation. Talk to your employer
After the expiry of the 7 day free allowance you will be charged a penalty of QR 200 per each extra day of stay as I know so far. After cancellation of your visa, your family's visa gets automatically cancelled and they will be required to exit the country with you. Suggest you settle matters with your company and the bank within those 7 days.

Your sponsor will do the cancellations for your wife / kids & after that for you .............
Your final settlement amount will be sent to your account, so they will deduct it before you wake up next day ............
