add a 0 before the telephone number. Putting 0 will succeed. However they will not call you. Hence they are not concerned with your telephone number input.

There is no option button to upload extra attachment. What I meant to say was that you keep a copy of the passport, you may attach the page with visa (if it has such a page) as the second page and scan them together as a single attachment.

mr khan: what do you mean by extra attachement.? on the page they ask for speciphically passport , GCC id , and picture to uplad. there is no option button to upload extra attachement. in fact i wanted to upload the hotel reservation and flight ticket ,as support documents , but dont know where to upload them. thank you again.

1. the visa form ask for a 9 digit telephone number , though doha numbers are only 8 digits,what can i do ?

Put 0 as the first number.

2.do we have to get our visas first,then we apply for the wife visa?or both gan go togeter?

All should be applied together. Check companion option.

3.should the uploaded documents be coloured or black and white are accepted?

Colour doesnot matter. But it should be clear and easy to read.

4.uploaded iqama,should be face and back views ?or onl face?

Both sides are required. Scan both sides and paste in the same picture using paint.

5.the site says that the document should not be more than 100kb , what cani do to resize the documents and keep high resolution at the same time?

6. Extra Advises:

(You need to be careful For Eg: Consider the situation in which the Pakistan Embassy in Qatar gave you your passport and passport no is AA742374...When you enter the details make sure the issuing Country is Pakistan and Not Qatar)

Also you need to attach a good scan of your ID Copy aswell as an extra attachment.

Since only 100 kb is allowed , you can reduce the kb from easily available sites online)

Also once approved, make sure you take a print of the e Visa before going to airport otherwise you will be denied boarding.

Also note that donot expect ednrd to send you visa copy by email. They will not send you.

You have to go to the site and check status of the approval. Enter passport number and date of birth and login. If your application is approved you can download the visa. And your visa is valid only for 30 days from the date of issue. Hence donot waste time awaiting a notification by email. You will not get any such notification.
