Description

• Plan, prepare and deliver effective lessons in line with the School’s curricular aims.
• Self-evaluate and review teaching methods, material and schemes of work and make changes as appropriate.
• Commit to in-service training (INSET) and continuing professional development (CPD).
• Maintain a well-managed classroom with a good work ethos.
• Assess pupils’ performance effectively and in a timely manner and provide appropriate comments.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the areas of the curriculum you teach.
• Maintain records and write reports on pupils’ progress and development.
• Discuss progress with pupils, parents and colleagues.
• Make an active contribution to the School’s Enrichment Program and Inter-House events’ program.
• Undertake supervisory duties in line with published rotes.
• Provide cover for absent colleagues if necessary.

Desired Skills & Experience

1. Educated to a Bachelor’s Degree level in a related field. 2. At least 3 years’ experience teaching in International Schools. 3. Native French Speaker. 4. Previous experience teaching students in KG and/or Primary (age 3-10).
