That's right. Everybody has thermal paste for Integrated Circuits at home.
There are good alternatives at home, no need to run to Inds. areas or D Ring roads ...........
I guess it requires an extensive expedition into the Industrial Area. If you should succeed after one or two weeks please let us all know.

First one is in Musheireb are, which being a big area is diffucult to search. Heance i asked for specific shop names.
Regarding 2nd link, Al Annabi electronics is permanently closed as per google maps
