I would stick to singapore

Living in Singapore is much better than living here in Qatar, you will regret the move in the long term. If you are SG resident, you have much more benefits, life style is better and also the CPF Contributions. Here you only get cash and things are getting expensive day by day. Rent is also big issue here, but in SG it is managed and run by the govn't and subsidized. You will never get that here.

It depends on the individual. Also whether you get things like transport/accommodation/bills paid for by the company.

Food - depends on what you eat and where. Roughly maybe 1000qr

Phone - 100qr

It all depends upon your spending.....:(
