KHAN.

You can apply for Tourist Visa for anybody.

What has it to do with your salary??

Pay QAR 400/- at Cosmos travels - (Air Arabia Office) near Crazy Signal and they will arrange one for you.

Family Visit visa is valid/ can be extended for upto 6 months time. Tourist visa will be valid for a shorter time, probably a month or two.

But getting a family visit visa is not that easy especially after the reforms regarding baladiya attestation.

acchabaccha: He posted this before.. It seems that the hurdle is his salary - 5000QR .. He is worried that he won't be able to meet the requirements , so is exploring all options..

What many people fail to understand is that bringing a family over is one thing - You also need to be able to earn enough to support them and live a reasonable life..

For a tourist visa, you may need to go through some reputed hotels in Doha. They will arrange it for you. However, your query sounds somewhat unusual. Why would you go for a tourist visa for your wife when you can bring her easily on a visit visa or even a permanent visa? ..... Joys.

Yes Hasan, You can bring your family for 30 days at the beginning ............. then you will be able to renew / extend if you wish so ............... Good luck & joys ............

Around 30 nationalities can get a visa-on-arrival for a month. It depends on your wife's nationality.
