Poor Service in HMC

While appreciating the workload of HMC, I had same bad experience in recent past.

I visited the Al khor Hamad (Emergency - Gyna) Hospital last week with Really Really Emergency...

When we visited there were 4 patient before us.... I asked a nurse to attend our case... she said... there are people before you... just wait... (In an arrogant tone)

It took them 2 hours to consult our case...

another person came next to us.... they faced the same situation and quarrel with receptionist...

There is NO emergency service at Emergency section...

At least they can appoint a Doctor to inspect each patient and see whether it is emergency or not... instead there are some arrogant Nurses with all my respect to all kind hearted Nurses

Have you had any similar situation???

This can help HMC to improve the services

Wakra hospital is the best but it is far.I have been there. 5 star service and very good doctors.

Acute appendicitis - That's bad. I hope they removed it and you are now fully recovered

I have same BAD exp at AL sadd HMC, I was attended after 4 hrs in emergency.I was suffering from abdominal pain.The pain was so severe that I cried and as per Dr it ws acuute appendicitis pain
