Just got an approval for my new born baby (give birth here in Qatar).

After 90 days of free visa for my LO, we applied for his visa here.

This is for couples (husband and wife) who has different sponsor.

See below requirements:

1.Copy of Husband & Wife QID

2.Copy of Husband,Wife & Baby Passport

3. Copy of Baby's Birth Certificate

4. Copy of Husband & Wife Employment Contract

5. Husband & Wife 6 mos latest bank statement (original with bank stamp)

6. Copy of Husband & Wife Diploma (with MOFA stamp)

7. House Contract (with Baladiya Stamp)

8. NOC with indicated salary of the wife (Arabic)

9. Salary Certificate of Husband (Arabic)

10. NOC from husband (stating that its fine with him for the wife to sponsor the baby)

11.FORM (Application for Family Entry Visa) - ask the person who is giving the queu number if your form is correct.

Finally Pay for the Visa.

 Residence Permit Procedure

1. Collect the visa;

2. Go to Medical Commission, pay 100QAR. (note: bring your baby's passport and his visa too- No need to bring the baby there);

3. Get the receipt from Medical Commission, wait for two days;

- While waiting, prepare the form needed. Go to typing center, ask them to prepare for you. It has to be arabic, they should know what form you need. Paste the photo needed.

4. Go back to Immigration, bring Medical Commission reciept  and baby's visa and completed form;

5. Submit it to the officer, pay then wait for your baby's QID.

Cheers!

Your done!

Due to certain reasons i need to travel with the baby 15 days after birth. Is it possible to get an RP by then.?
