Is possible to apply for Permanent visa which having visit visa

Dear Friends,

Please help me regarding a query for my wife visa. I just need to know whether we can apply for permanent visa for my wife, which I got visit visa approved already in the system, not yet enter to Qatar.

kindly help regarding my query.

But she already have a valid visit visa in the system.

she is coming back on may 14.

You can apply for both same time.no issue with that.

both are different on the emigration system.
