JOB DESCRIPTION.
- Finalizing monthly, quarterly and annual accounts and interpreting financial and statistical data.
- Preparing company annual report and gathering all information needed for GM.
- Coordinating with both internal and external (al khaleefa Chartered Accountant) auditors to carry out financial and operational audits.
- Preparing monthly budgets and forecast financial statements for the forthcoming year with detailed business plans.
- Providing financial information collected from both internal and external sources for the timely submission of consolidated financial reports needed for board meetings.
- Supervision of Monthly audit and stock taking of Bitmax Graphics
- Supervision of Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable.
- Involved financial matters regarding the import & marketing.
