Responsible for Routine Inspection, Site Monitoring and Client Final Inspection for Handover of Finished Area.

 

•          Involved in  the  Installation  of  the  Field  Instruments  and  loop checking of the DDC Controllers.

• Reviewing SubContractors Contractual obligations, QA/QC plans and procedures to verify if they comply with Contractor’s Contractual conditions.
• Raising inspections of the works and material delivered at site is as per the  Inspection Test Plan.
• Review Inspection and Test Plans in order to perform all required inspections and witnessing all required tests    and add witness and hold points for the  Client’s  Inspection.
• Inspections of electrical works i.e. conduit, cable tray laying, cable pulling, installation and termination of spur, socket, switches, VAV, Fire Damper, MOCO, OS, Control Panels, External lighting as per the drawing.
• Inspection of AHU, DDC Panels, DB’s and Control panels as per the drawings.
• Tracking of Testing Equipments and Instruments for Calibration Records.
•  Ensure that all related inspection and testing activities with regards to Environment, Health & Safety procedures and maintenance rules are respected.
• Guide & direct site engineers and Supervisor, as applicable to ensure that PROJECT deliverables fully reflect QA/QC requirements and other specific guidelines set by Company.
• Monitor the performance of construction to ensure the respect of work standards and project specifications.
•  Perform proactive surveillance inspection to minimize or avoid discrepancy and non-conformance rectification cost and time.
•  Coordinate and assist construction to resolve any encountered problems related to inspection and testing activities to meet schedule and avoid any delay of activities.
• Prepare internal punch list and coordinate with the construction prior for inspection.
• Raise RFI’s after clearing internal punch holds and getting acceptance approval from client.
