what will be writing status if it already transfer RP to new company?

If the transfer is not yet complete - inform your current sponsor that you no longer wish to transfer and request (should you want to return to Qatar at a late stage and NOC that allows for such) For being curtious if you have signed an offer letter write to the potential employer informing them of your decision.

that's why im worried right now because my sponsor right calling me and asking for update of the transfer. if it is not transfer can I request to cancel my RP immediately and book ticket going home? please advice.

That is not ur worry. Once u exit qatar ur company will make arrangements to cancel it. But u need to leave before 9th march

no im in working visa with noc. with valid RP but my rp will expire this march 9, 2016. I decided to go back home for good because we have problem right now. my question is whick sponsor can I go to request to cancel my rp before the expiration date, march 9 is approaching that's why Im worry. I need to go home asap.

Every day I try to ask the status he his saying this week the result coming if it is approve or dis approve. but now, im changing my mind to cancel the transfer because I have problem right I need to go Phils asap. Will I pay the transfer or not? please advice.

you dont have to check online...check with the new company pro...he is supposed to answer u..normally it takes a week
