Renewal of Family Resident Visa.

My family are out of Qatar for more than six (6) months for some reasons and I need to renew their visa so that it does not expire. My main concern is that in the next three months they will have stayed more than one (1) year outside Qatar although they have five (5) years on the visa.

What is the way forward because i need them to come after the children must have written their final school certificate exams.

i renewed before they left, 6 months earlier! if they are more than 1 year outside Qatar, please approach typing center around passport -immigration office.
