• Excellent knowledge and experience in System OS installation, upgrade and troubleshoot.
• Windows Server Domain Network Administration.
• Ability to configure and manage LAN network.
• Printer installation to the network, configuration and troubleshoot.
• Ability to manage Wireless network and SSID, installation and configuration of Access point.
• IP TV, CCTV, Audio system, Biometric device configuration, Updating and troubleshoot.
• IP Telephone configuration, installation and troubleshoot.
• Configuration and troubleshoot of Internet and e-mail outlook management
• Well versed MS office package
• Business Accounting Applications. (PIMS)
• Restaurant Manager (RM) touch screen Point of Sale (POS) and Management System.
• RM server back office setup management.
• POS printers, handheld iPod and access point configuration, installation and troubleshoot.

Professional Qualifications:
BTEC HND in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Diploma in IT, Cisco training (CCNA) and Certified Windows Network Administrator...
