Family Permanent Visa for my Son

Hi Guys,
Good day. I need your suggestions about family permanent visa for my son. My family arrived in Doha last December 10, 2015 through Family Visit Visa. My wife now is getting a new job and started her work as a Nurse in an Nursery School with salary of QR4,000 per month.
During her interview, the company is willing to help her to provide documentation like NOC, her salary would be transferred to her Bank Account amounting to QR6,000 so that our both salary would combined as QR12,000 per month.
Thus, do you think that Immigration would approved and provide permanent visa for my son? What are documentations required?

I never will understand why people bothering with visa formalities. It is the sponsor who is doing that!!
The son is under whose sponsor ...your or wife...if your or wife both can not apply
Just try, but the minimum salary in your contract and bank statement should be 10K
