I am leaving to Qatar, what is the procedure to cancel my family members residence visa , Can I cancel their visa within a day ?..where to go ?...

Go to any passport and immigration center and they will guide you. They work in the evening hours also. However, do keep in mind that once their visas are cancelled, they must leave within seven days or will face a penalty.
