I am currently unemployed,i have 3 months to stay until March21,2016. We would like to transfer my sponsorship under my husband but his visa is a cook. My company says its better to change the visa of my husband then proceed to transfer my sponsorship. Now is January 10,2016. Will the time be enough to finish all the process?

How about transferring my sponaorship to another person but I will not work for him,my husband will just pay,but we dont have any idea about how mich it will cost or is it safe.

Please advise me what to do,i am pregnant now and I don't want to go home back to my country..I want to be with my husband as planned.

why don't your husband directly go to a immigration office and ask, whether he is entitled or not.

if he is getting 16k, then he is not an average cook but may be a professional.

wish you all the best

@Zam Zam his salary plus the benefits is 16thou. The company HR said that its better to wait to change the cook visa of my husbands first before transferring my sponsorship. I am worrying about the time. For family visa do they give to a cook visa?

Your husband's salary must be above QAR 10,000, and check whether the profession cook can sponsor his/her spouse.

Apart from cost, the documents are more important, if you have all required documents for Family visa process, then it is a matter of one month job to complete all the process.
