I have applied for Police clearance certificate (PCC) at CEID, and when I checked the status through Metrash2 mobile APP, it says 'Printed' does it mean it is ready ?
Ist reception, then follow up section and then Captain. Captain has the authority to solve your problem. Whenever you visiting, must request him. He can issue there and then if he is in a good mood. Hopefully, all documentation is clear in your application.
Hi Alinfs50, I got it after three and half months. Keep visiting CEID office. It entirely depends on the mood of the officer. Some people get it after a day, some after a week or 15 days whereas I got it after 3.5 months. Reason unknown as per my understanding... all the best

All application is by online now, if you have a metrash account , you can do it by yourself. But in the occasion of delay The best way to get in touch with CEID office is by your Company PRO.

YES, it might be ,also at the same time you will receive an sms to come and collect the same from CEID office where you submitted your application
