Driver from KSA dies in Qatar
The driver of a trailer, which arrived from Saudi Arabia, died of a heart attack after entering the country in the wee hours on Friday.
Sources, which identified the driver as Indian national Johnson Pappan Attuvarathu Puthenpurayil (51), said he used to bring goods regularly from Saudi Arabia.
Johnson reportedly complained of chest pain while driving and stopped the vehicle on the wayside. The emergency medical services were unable to save his life, said a source in the Indian community.
The deceased hailed from Odanavattom, near Kottarakkara in the southern state of Kerala.
Arrangements are being made to fly the body home. His Saudi employer has deputed an official to help repatriate the body. [Gulf Times]
May he rest in peace . We all make choices to leave our family and loved ones to make better lives for us
Sadly, many don't live to reap the benefits of the hard work and sacrifices
Let this be a warning to us all
Mohdata - very nice word and a reminder how fragile life is. May god bless his soul.
God bless his soul...sad story of life...leave everything you know and love behind in the homeland, in search of a better life for your family...do your best and then fade away all alone in a lonely corner...a reminder I guess...we make concrete plans for our lives and yet forget how fragile life really is...rip buddy..
