I went for one month vocation leave to my home country in may 2015. It is now over six months.my visa valid up to march 2016.as i am out of country more. Than 180 days I cannot go back there.Now I have another. Offer in Qatar.how I can join with new company?

Can I cancel my visa from here in India and go for that?

Will I get ban?

you are out of country for more than legally offered. There may be a ban or police case on you. Better you dont enter and forget qatar in your life.
