Anyone pls help me...I am waiting for my visa to work as a Home care nurse w/2yrs contract...My offer is 3300,accommodation and transportation is provided.By the way Non stay in home care nurse w/fix overtime pay and 1 day off 12hrs shift....Is that ok?I accepted the offer already.Im waiting for my flight schedule. My agency told me that I will have my data flow and exam taken there in Qatar so I have to ready all my documents. I was wondering about my chances in applying to hospitals after my 2 yr contract, since I have heard from a friend about NOC and I need to wait 1 yr before I can go back to Qatar to work again? Pls can anyone enlighten me...thanks. PS I dont have RN friends in Qatar thats why I posted my here.

@Madiha2009 I forgot to say that our bed is doubledeck and i am on top...my colleagues and i have different schedules when i am sleeping i get to wake up each time someone has arrived or someone is out going...and our HR forcing some of my friends to work knowing they are sick...our company office is in ground floor of our accomodation ...there are times that when they need something they come around 2am to wake us up when they need something...gudthing we lock the door but still its noisy when they try to open so its interrupting our sleep...I haven't been treated like this before...i am a licensed nurse already in Qatar and i never felt more violated ever since then but now...its not like this in Philippines and in Sudan...what will i do?help.

@Madiha2009 thank you four your message. Is it mandatory for the Employer in Qatar to give you an NOC once you have completed the contract?Do you have to wait 1 year after the contract before you can apply for another job?thats what I heard.
