Marina Support
The SERVICES shall include, and not be limited to, patrolling, photographic recording,
emergency fuel oil spill procedures, debris cleaning, and reporting of environmental issues:
Daily Maintenance, Lusail Boats diagnosing of faults and perform necessary services
and minor repairs on boat engines
Repair mechanical and electrical faults listening to engines using specialized testing
equipment
Dismantle faulty engine assemblies, check parts using precision measuring equipment
and refer to workshop manuals
Cleaning, lubrication and tune-up of engines to ensure they run properly
Repair of damaged or faulty parts
Repair and adjustment of electrical faults
Perform all minor trim repairs
Setting up and water testing of outboard engines
Handles lines to moor vessels to wharfs, tie-up of vessels to other vessels.
Sweeping and washing of decks, using brooms, brushes, mops, and firehouses.
Stands steering watches or lookout watches while underway.
Movement of controls or turn on of pumps and equipment
Removal of boats from water for cleaning and maintenance
Loads or unloads materials and or debris from the water to and from the vessel
Cleaning of Sea growth and painting of lower hull with roller and brush
Lubrication of machinery and equipment
Perform splices and repairs of cables and ropes using hand tools
Examine ropes that hold vessels in tows and tightens ropes to ensure vessels are snug
Knowledge of all company marine hand books to ensure the safest marine practices
Man’s boat for environmental spill emergencies
Man’s boat for day to day waterways cleaning of floating debris
Day to day Cleaning and Maintenance of Navigation Aids
Perform other marine related duties that maybe requested from skipper or management
from time to time
