Marina Support

The SERVICES shall include, and not be limited to, patrolling, photographic recording,

emergency fuel oil spill procedures, debris cleaning, and reporting of environmental issues:

 Daily Maintenance, Lusail Boats diagnosing of faults and perform necessary services

and minor repairs on boat engines

 Repair mechanical and electrical faults listening to engines using specialized testing

equipment

 Dismantle faulty engine assemblies, check parts using precision measuring equipment

and refer to workshop manuals

 Cleaning, lubrication and tune-up of engines to ensure they run properly

 Repair of damaged or faulty parts

 Repair and adjustment of electrical faults

 Perform all minor trim repairs

 Setting up and water testing of outboard engines

 Handles lines to moor vessels to wharfs, tie-up of vessels to other vessels.

 Sweeping and washing of decks, using brooms, brushes, mops, and firehouses.

 Stands steering watches or lookout watches while underway.

 Movement of controls or turn on of pumps and equipment

 Removal of boats from water for cleaning and maintenance

 Loads or unloads materials and or debris from the water to and from the vessel

 Cleaning of Sea growth and painting of lower hull with roller and brush

 Lubrication of machinery and equipment

 Perform splices and repairs of cables and ropes using hand tools

 Examine ropes that hold vessels in tows and tightens ropes to ensure vessels are snug

 Knowledge of all company marine hand books to ensure the safest marine practices

 Man’s boat for environmental spill emergencies

 Man’s boat for day to day waterways cleaning of floating debris

 Day to day Cleaning and Maintenance of Navigation Aids

 Perform other marine related duties that maybe requested from skipper or management

from time to time
