Yes she can come back again on the same visa, but you should get an return visa before her exit, you can do it through metrash2 from mobile as well, When she return can stay until original visa validity only.
yes but if 6 months of visit visa not completed and you have to get Re-Entry after paying 200.

Depends if your wife holds one of the passports that allow, visa on arrival. If not, No, Once exit, have to apply again.
