Change passport number in visa

As my passport which had the Qatar visa got damaged and now I have my replaced passport with new number. How to change the new passport number in Qatar visa and where I can do this?
what are all the documents require to change the passport number?
Get a letter from your HR stated transfer of my visa sticker from old passport to new passport due to issuance of new passport and new passport number .According to new law effective from June 2015 no more visa stickers only printed Qatar id with passport number& they charge you 100qr for the card in any immigration center.

And now I have both passport with me whether can I able to travel with that passports?.
