Rubbish Rant - Why oh Why oh Why?
I live in a reasonable building with all the amenities. This includes a Rubbish Chute on each floor. The rubbish chute is inside a small room. The distance from the door to the chute is about three metres.
HOWEVER, some residents just open the door and leave their rubbish by the door. WHY!
I’m thinking of asking the management to install a camera and shame the morons..
OK .. Rant over.. Let’s get on to answering outstanding RP and Visa questions …
@brit - well some people are ill-mannered, not everyone is the same. you guys are lucky, trash chute is only 3 meters away, in my case, i have to go outside the villa and walk almost 15 meters nearest rubbish collection area.

Brit, There won't be much change if the folks have already stopped learning ......... Just wait for the positive response from the management side .............
Three meters distance isn't short as well if I see it from a certain angle ........... there are times when a man cann't even cross a pillow ..................
