Qatar new law for salary

Can anybody tell me what is new salary transfer law says ?

Will we get any signature from employee for monthly salary transfer in his account.?

Thanks britexpat Brother. Can you kindly tell me what qatar law says about deduction of employee salary. if employee salary is.

Basic = 800

Food Allow = 300

Transport Allow = 300

Total salary = 1400/-

If he absent from work without medical certificate so will we deduct his salary as per below calculation.

Absent Days = 2

1400/30 = 46.66

46.66 * 2 = 93 Qr. is this correct calculation as per qatar law ?
