KHAN.

Something wrong here...Business visa is valid maximum only 3 months. How can you stay more than 4 months. Definitely your visa is under process of RP .

NOC Is not required if you are under business visa but you need to take exit permit before you leave the country. Business visa will be valid only 3 months. How can you stay more than 4 months. If your visa is under process of RP be in the company.

Since you are working on business visa, you must not be having a RP. As such, you can quit the job anytime. NOC is required if you have a legalized contract with a company and you are on work-visa. Your company cannot hold your passport. Send the management your resignation through email and keep a copy of it. Then ask them to return your passport with an exit. You will need to buy your own ticket for your return journey.
