The Pearl Qatar - Things for kids to do

We are moving to The Pearl in the next few weeks and our 3yr old son won't have his RP so cannot go to school yet.

Are there any groups / activities / parks etc things for him to do when my wife and son are there and I am at work?

I know there's the cinema etc but I am looking for him to mix with kids his age...
