A dog found in old airport

A german shepherd breed had been loitering around building no 14, Al tihama street, old airport.looks like the owner of the dog had betrayed the dog here. When we approach to help him he just escapes. The dog looks really weak. Poor one is in search of its owner. If owner of the dog is reading this or anyone who is interested please find a way to help.
