Vodafone Service
Hello QLers, good day to everyone..
Am a Vodafone postpaid client, was it just me or has anyone else here may have lately experienced receiving a text from Vodafone informing you are being slashed off of your local minute calls as it has all been consumed, when in fact you still have remaining minutes.?
To tell about this experience, I got this message 7 days ago, upon then I complained to them that it's not accurate because in my call logs I only have consumed 120 minutes out of my 6 hours consumable, so they made a dispute report. After a day a technical representative called me informing they are now processing the dispute and that I will receive the result in 48 hours. But 48 hours result never happened so since then I have been following them up every now and then. Until today Vodafone has still not returned my disputed minutes. It is just so disappointing that I am not able to make my important calls on my number.
Am wondering should this perhaps be a general technical problem or could be just one unlucky random thing.
Have you guys who are on Vodafone postpaid have experienced the same thing lately?

I am already in thought of that - I encountered another problem on their network just a day ago. I think I will just give up the postpaid then. Thanks for the inputs guys. Cheers!

In last one year ..I never called their customer care no.
Why you are using a postpaid ...Their prepaid service is awesome ..
