iphone6 replacement issue.
Dear Qlers , my iphone 6 had a liquid damage and replacement is the only solution. When consulted with Vodafone they were ready for replacement but unfortunately on checking serial number it was of ooredoo. And ooredoo saying there is no such option as replacement.. Totally stressed.... Any opinions what to do ???

if Ooredoo don't offer this service , then that's it.
We all have accidents. Learn and move on .
First to DG s customer service they analyzed .. Then they said cudnt repair.. They suggested to visit Vodafone they cud help... And rest as explained above... Hope everything clear now...
I think I missed out something. You bought it from Sharaf DG, then when the damage happened you went to Vodafone, and then to Ooredoo?
Ok its a water damage agreed users fault... But Vodafone has option to give new iphone on paying 1000 riyals extra but Ooredoo doesn't have...

Try to bring it to Apple Store or Apple's Authorized Distributor. In other countries, they give handset replacement if there is manufacturer defect. However, a liquid damage most likely means user's fault and it's not covered by warranty.
Where did you purchased ? Vodafone or Ooredoo ? Is that under warranty ? Approach again where you purchased it with bill, ask again if it is under warranty, if they didnt agree with you, tell them that " i am going to complaint with consumer department'.
