can i transfer a 2 year project visa

i got an offer from a company & my old sponsor gave me all documents for visa transfer. But the mandoob of new company

told me that my visa is a project visa & it is non transferable. Is there any chance to transfer my visa to new sponsor. i am waiting for your valuable comments.
