UAE VISA-APPROVED FOR WIFE, REJECTED FOR HUSBAND

I'm a Doha resident, wanting to visit the UAE with my family for just 15days. I cannot get on-arrival visa because of profession on my ID. So, i applied for tourist visa for myself and my wife through agent, but my wife visa was approved/issued while mine was rejected. No reason was given for the rejection.

Can I apply through other agents? Is there any other category of visa to apply? Can it be issued within 3days from now?
