Q Bel Air or Alfardan 6 ?

Trying to get somewhere close to Sherborne and Lusail. Already looked at Riviera Gardens and Al Messilah compound. Interested in views the compounds and on air con and maintenance. Focusing on central air as have heard many horror stories on split systems.

Bel Air and Al Fardan 6 are almost in the same location . if you r located in Lusail u better look in Al Gharrafa , its full with decent compounds , just open doha-guide.com and you can find every compound in doha , good luck .
