Hello,

I applied for family visa on my sponsorship and was successfull. The visa expiry date is 6 months. It was issued for 5 years. They did not come to doha due to some problems. and i dont have plans to bring them. We are now separated and case is going in Indian court now.

can they misuse this family visa or can they come on different visa like visiy/ tourist etc before my sponsoured visa (unused) is expired ( 6 months).

If there is any chance for reunion, try and hold this until such time, the day when you feel no chance for reunion, just go back to immigration and have it cancelled. I feel pity for you.
