I AM GETTING UNWANTED REGULAR CALLS FROM ONE OF THE TELEPHONE SERVICE PROVIDER, ASKING ME TO DIAL SOME NO AND I WILL BE ABLE TO SET ME DAILTONE AS A HINDI SONG.
I AM FEDUP. ANY BODY CAN HELP ME? OR I HAVE TO SWITCH TO DIFFERENT VENDOR

my dad used to get such an annoying thing from Oredoo as well. We tried to register our concern, they guided us through an sms system to unsuscribe, and sure enough next month again, the same song shows up! helpline guys should be given the option to cancel all these services as and when requested by the Customer, rather than sending a sms to an unknown no., and then ending up on the same due to uncertainty...
well a simple solution is to dial their helpline and tell them to stop it
i used to get it on my Vodafone connection from the number 195 asking for the same when i used prepaid. Now I changed to postpaid and iam not getting the calls now...
i find this strange. Who is the service provider and how often have they called ?
