This Integrated Project Team opportunity is calling for an experienced and motivated Project Quality Manager, with a strong background in ‘Upstream’ Offshore Oil & Gas Projects, with major Greenfield Facility and Brownfield delivery scope and integration with existing assets, initially through the Pre-FEED and DEFINE (FEED) stages, and on Project Sanction, the EXECUTE and SUPPORT & CLOSE-OUT Stages of a major Field Development Plan.
Key Responsibilities
Quality Management is the planning and development of processes to realize the quality objectives and requirements for all aspects of the project including but not limited to Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Commissioning with documented verification, validation, monitoring, measurement, inspection and test activities specific to the product.
With respect to Project Quality (QA/QC)you shall:
•Drive top quartile Quality through the FEED, design, procurement, fabrication, construction, installation and hook-up & commissioning phases of the project, and:
•Define and deliver the Project ‘Quality’ Strategy, and how the required accountabilities and interfaces are defined and coordinated within the IPT, and importantly with Contractors and 3rd parties.
•Proactively develop roles, responsibilities and interfaces with the IPT, especially with the Project Engineering Manager and the Lead Discipline Engineers, who will be responsible for driving Quality through the FEED and Detailed Design Engineering phases of the project

Who we are looking for •Bachelor’s Degree in an engineering discipline, Master’s in Engineering desirable, Chartered and/or professional certification (e.g. Quality Management Certificate) preferred. •15 years of relevant Upstream Oil and Gas industry experience post-graduation and extensive experience on ITT package definition and development, for FEED and Execute phases on ‘Upstream’ Offshore Oil & Gas projects – Brownfield •Considerable management experience in establishment, operation and maintenance of quality management system in accordance with ISO/TS 29001 / ISO 9000 with the capability of developing quality system, quality plans, work procedures and inspection plans. An exposure in handling chemicals and acid gas is required; •Shall be an IRCA Registered Lead Assessor, ASQ Certified Quality Auditor or equivalent; •Capable of rigorously implementing and enforcing global standards, procedures and engineering work processes; •Sound technical knowledge in materials, welding, coating/painting, NDE inspection and general construction activities; •Experience of working to and fully familiar with codes and standards such as from ANSI, ASME, ASTM, API and BS codes used in oil and gas industries; •Experience in Technical Integrity Verification processes •Strong interpersonal and English communication skills – verbal and written. •Must have a self-starter attitude with proactive, results-oriented focus; and willing and capable to assume additional responsibilities;Location
